CPGToolBox Completes Mattel Implementation and Go-Live in Record 14 Weeks
Kennesaw, GA (April 1, 2019) – In just 14 weeks, CPGToolBox has completed the global implementation and phase one system roll-out of its Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution for Mattel. The leading global children’s entertainment company official selected CPGToolBox in July 2018 to transform how trade contracts and trade promotional spending are planned, managed, and analyzed with Mattel’s retailing partners around the world.
Known for its rapid implementations, CPGToolBox completed Mattel’s project on time and at a record breaking pace for 400 worldwide users. CPGToolBox successfully collaborated with Mattel to customize solution features, train all Finance users, and complete data integration between the CPGToolBox platform and Mattel’s existing Order Management Systems. Additionally, the massive undertaking of moving thousands of spreadsheet-based global contracts into the CPGToolBox Contract Planner solution was completed.
