Title: Sr. Functional Consultant (SFC)

Department: Professional Services

Reports To: Vice President, Professional Services

Location: Fully Remote

This role will work directly with leading consumer products, and retail companies as a Sr. Functional Consultant (SFC) to help deliver creative Trade Promotion Management (TPM) business solutions to our market-leading clients as a part of our team of experienced professionals. You will lead and deliver components of complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative TPM business and technology solutions for large companies.

Your responsibilities will include providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

    Title: Support Analyst-Lead

    Department: Support

    Reports To: Vice President, Professional Services

    Location: Fully Remote

    The objective of the Support Analyst-Lead role is to work cohesively with all members of the Support team to ensure a consistent and high standard of customer support in line with the company’s business objectives and customer SLAs. As a Senior Support Analyst-Lead, you will be part of the Support organization working with other internal support groups to ensure the availability and stability of the CPG Vision product suite of applications. The support team is responsible for providing end-user application support for production and non-production environments.

    The support team is responsible for diagnosing application issues, responding to alerts and client requests as well as troubleshooting other mission-critical issues. The Support Analyst participates in the planning and execution of application upgrades and is responsible for IT Service Management including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management.

    Additionally, the support team is responsible for Infrastructure Management in conjunction with SFDC support groups. CPG Vision support organization provides support for the CPG Vision standard core application. Members of the team are responsible for the availability and stability of the software based on each client’s support package

      Title: Customer Success Manager

      AS a recognized leader in TPx, CPGToolBox harnesses the Salesforce platform to give consumer goods companies cost effective tools with full featured functionality to execute all aspects of trade promotion management and optimization.

      Reporting to the Vice President of Business Application, the Customer Success Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in order to generate loyalty and contract renewals. The expectation is that the person will penetrate at appropriate levels of CPGToolBox Client organizations to ensure that the tool is integrated into the daily tactical and strategic functions for which it is designed.
